The instructor
The instructor of the Women's Self-protection class has over 10 plus years of Martial Arts experience. Is proficient at street fighting and in the area. I have decide to call this progrma self protection versus Self-Defense. Personal self defense is important and a normal act of protection of ones basic right live. I in a society govern by laws designed to protect us, however.

The Protection Program
Choy Li Fut is one the premier self-defense systems in the world today. Choy Li Fut is hard and soft fluid motion is tailor made todays dangers and self protection. Combined with twisting waist motion, circular short and long ranges strikes are powerful, quick, and disable any attacker in mere seconds.

Frontal Attack

Figure#1 (Facing Attacker reaches to grab), Figure#2 (shift the weight downward and strike with a hammer fist (Peck chui)) Figure#3(Palm strike to side of the head), Figure#4 (Strike continues to the side or back of attackers head ), Figure#5 (Grasp back of attackers head), Figure#6 (Pulling attacker into the knee strike of the sternum,) Figure#7 Shove attacker down at an angle and escape danger).

F.A.Q

Q: What I should expect to learn in a 2 hour program:
A intense learning, realist situation, and physical workout.

Q: What should I bring to class with me?:
A: Water, Knee and Elbow pads are optional.

Q: What should wear to the program?:
A:I won't suggest wearing your best clothes or favorite T-shirt. However, I would suggest wearing something you don't sweating, like sweatshirts and sweatpants, comfortable gyms will be okay. I suggest bring a separate pair.
